He was born on 23rd July 1969 as a blessed child to Mr.Susai Raj and Mrs. Anasthas Mary. He is the son of the soil of the historical city of Tiruchirappalli. He was called by the Lord and was ordained on 17.04.1998 as a Roman Catholic priest. He had his schooling in R.C.Hr.Sec.School and always stood with distinction. He completed his undergraduate course in English from the ancient and age-old University of Chennai. Besides, he also did his Bachelor of Theology from Urban University, Rome. He also acquired a bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Sacred Heart Seminary, Poonamallee.
He has done his pastoral work from the year 1998 to 2022 in various parishes in the capacity as Asst. Parish Priest, Parish Priest and Rector. He also had a 5-year tenure as Pastor in the United States from 2014 to 2019. He also served as a senate member in the diocesan senate of the Diocese of LaCrosse (WI) for three years. Now he has taken over the challenging task of heading the unique institution “Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts, Tiruchirappalli” as its Director and Secretary from 01st of July 2022.
