The Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts (KKCFA), Tiruchirappalli campus, is spread across a spacious, serene environment, creating an ideal setting for learning. Audio Visual Lab
The college is proud to offer a state-of-the-art Audio Visual Lab, equipped with the latest and most advanced facilities to support professional-grade audio and video production. This modern studio has been a hub for creativity, hosting recordings by numerous celebrated artists, making it a space that bridges academic learning with industry standards. Students are encouraged to explore their talents through hands-on opportunities to record their own songs and projects in this well-equipped studio, ensuring they gain valuable practical experience and exposure to cutting-edge technology.
Prayer Hall
The college is home to a serene prayer room, accessible to all members of the college community. This sacred space is used for daily prayers, meditation, and the celebration of Holy Mass. The College houses multiple performance spaces, including an open-air stage, and Rev. Msgr. S. M. George Auditorium, which seats 800 and includes green rooms and a balcony.

Facilities like the Yuvan Hall (seminar hall), music and dance classrooms with mirrored walls, and specialized instrument rooms for Violin, Mridangam, Veena, And Vocal training cater to a range of creative pursuits.

Facilities like the musical instrument bank, purified water stations, a well-stocked archives room, and ample parking ensure a comfortable and resource-rich environment for both staff and students.

The campus has a 30KV generator and solar power, supported by CCTV surveillance, fire safety measures, and purified water stations. The chapel, situated centrally, reflects the college’s ethos, symbolizing peace and grace.

The college library contains over 8,000 books, expanding annually with a dedicated budget. Equipped with three computers, OPAC, and INFLIBNET access, it serves as a critical academic resource. Optical fibre and Wi-Fi networks are available for easy online access, and the college actively integrates ICT in education through technology-enabled classrooms and facilities.

A girls’ hostel on campus offers secure accommodation and a conducive environment for academic and artistic development. Additional amenities include a study room and hygienic restrooms.
Campus Infrastructure Maintenance
- The campus maintenance is overseen by the PRO, supported by a full-time manager and a maintenance officer who ensure regular upkeep of buildings, classrooms, and infrastructural facilities.
- A team of 10 full-time housekeeping staff maintains cleanliness across the campus, with daily campus cleaning and twice-daily washroom sanitation.
- Qualified electricians and plumbers handle routine maintenance, while permanent contractors manage carpentry work as needed.
- The college actively encourages students to keep the campus tidy, particularly after events.
- Waste management follows Trichy Corporation’s recycling initiative, where waste is carefully segregated into wet and dry categories, with dedicated bins placed around the campus.
- Maintenance contracts for essential equipment, such as water coolers, photocopiers, and batteries, are secured to ensure uninterrupted service after the warranty period.
- Voltage stabilizers and UPS systems are installed to protect valuable equipment, and a backup generator provides continuous power. The college has also invested in solar power to reduce energy costs.
