Points to be considered for selecting the Best Outgoing Student Cash Award (2024-2025)
The Best Outgoing Student Award is instituted to recognise students who demonstrate excellence in academics, discipline, leadership, and holistic development throughout their postgraduate programme.
Guidelines
1. The student securing the highest total score shall be declared the Best Outgoing Student of the respective academic year.
2. Every student shall maintain a Students Profile from the first year of the B.A. / M. A. programme to become eligible for the award.
3. Students shall submit their Students Profile annually to the IQAC Coordinator through their respective Class Teachers.
4. The selected Best Outgoing Student shall receive:
- Certificate of Merit
- Cash Award of Rs. 5,000/- for UG
- Cash Award of Rs. 10,000/- for PG
The award will be presented during the College Annual Day Celebrations.
5. The name of the awardee shall be permanently displayed on the Best Outgoing Student Honour Plaque, categorised by Academic Year and Department.
6.The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
