Counselling

Our college provides a dedicated counselling facility to support students in their academic and personal growth. Recognizing the diverse challenges students face, we have introduced regular counselling sessions facilitated by our experienced student and ethical counsellor, Mrs. M. Roshni Lourdhu Mary M.Sc., Case worker of Srirangam Zone TN RIGHTS Project Tamilnadu. She visits once a fortnight, offering a safe, confidential space for students to discuss their concerns, whether academic, emotional, or personal. This initiative aims to help students build resilience, cope with stress, and navigate the demands of college life with confidence and clarity.

Mrs. Jasmine Lazar, our student counsellor and ethical counsellor brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role, ensuring that students feel heard and supported in a non-judgmental environment. Through one-on-one sessions and group counselling, as needed, she provides guidance on issues related to mental well-being, academic performance, and personal development. Her ethical, student-centred approach encourages students to explore their potential and promotes a positive college experience. The counselling facility reflects our institution’s commitment to the holistic well-being of our students, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive in academics and emotional well-being.
